Catholic Charities

Finding yourself pregnant can be very upsetting, but there is help. You may feel alone, unsure of what to do, and afraid to talk to anyone about it. You might be asking yourself if you should keep the baby, or plan adoption. How will you take care of a newborn? How do you expect to feel, both physically and emotionally, throughout the course of your pregnancy? Don’t be afraid to ask! Confidential help is available.

We are here to support and advocate for you. Catholic Charities serves people of all religious and ethnic backgrounds.

We can provide you with:

  • Confidential counseling to help you make the best choice for you
  • Referrals for medical care
  • Help finding housing
  • Classes to increase your parenting skills
  • Help for those who wish to consider adoption
  • Assistance in completing your education
  • Counseling for both you and the father
If I plan adoption what choices do I have?
  • Choose the adoptive family
  • Choose the degree of openness
  • The amount of time you spend with your baby
  • Time after the baby is born to make your decision
You will be in charge of your experience and will be supported by our staff.
