Finding
yourself pregnant can be very upsetting, but there is help.
You may feel alone, unsure of what to do, and afraid to
talk to anyone about it. You might be asking yourself if
you should keep the baby, or plan adoption. How will you
take care of a newborn? How do you expect to feel, both
physically and emotionally, throughout the course of your
pregnancy? Don’t be afraid to ask! Confidential help is
available.
