Act Team (Assertive Community Treatment)

Program: A multi-disciplinary team provides psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation to support recovery, wellness management, employment, housing and social needs. The service is targeted to adults with long term or frequent hospitalizations who require significant community support.

Protective Services for Adults

Program: Protective Services for Adults (PSA) is a system of services aimed at maintaining individuals in the community, and prevention of neglect, exploitation and abuse.

Available to: Adults 18 and older with a disability, requiring protection from harm. Referrals are made through the Department of Social Services, 778-2635.

Office of Consumer Advocacy

Program: Trained advocates who are also mental health recipients work to assist other consumers with individual concerns that may affect their care and the quality of their services. The advocates also serve as consultants to mental health providers and government agencies to voice the needs and preferences of all mental health recipients.

Available to: Catholic Charities mental health services consumers and mental health providers and government agencies.

CORE Service Agency

Program: The Core Service Agency monitors community support services, identifies gaps and assists with removing barriers to assist with program development.
