Individualized residential services designed to meet the
unique clinical and daily living needs of adults and children
with developmental disabilities.
Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) – A specialized
residence supporting adults with moderate to profound disabilities.
Individual Residential Alternative (IRA) - A residential
habilitation program provided in multiple sites throughout
Broome County supporting children and adults.
Medicaid Service Coordinator (MSC) - A program advocating
for and assisting people in obtaining needed services.

Multiple housing levels (transitional to permanent) assisting
adults with mental illness in successful community integration.
Community Residence - A 24 hour supervised congregate
setting providing support to people in daily living skills,
medication management and understanding symptoms.
Certified Apartments - A program available on a 24-hour
basis supporting people based on individual needs.
Supported Housing - An independent living program
assisting people with: (1) obtaining & furnishing an apartment,
(2) rental assistance, and (3) supportive and advocacy services.
