Maintenance Worker/Cleaner Level 1

$15.45-$17.39 per hour

I.         QUALIFICATIONS:

 Education/Experience

1.                High school diploma or GED

2.               Some participation or training in the area

Skills

1.               Ability to manage time and complete assigned tasks as scheduled

2.               Ability to work compatibly with others

3.               Ability to work independently

4.               The ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach and lift items weighing 40 lbs.

1. Thoroughly clean assigned areas including sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and window washing
2. Empty office waste baskets and remove to dumpster
3. Clean and sanitize bathrooms
4. Participate in all required training
5. Report any unusual/unforeseen circumstances to supervisor
6. Perform other related tasks as directed by supervisor
