Retired Senior Volunteer Program
Program description: The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (R.S.V.P.) offers maximum flexibility and choice to its volunteers as it matches the personal interests and skills of older Americans with opportunities to serve their communities. This program also offers a exercise programs, a telephone reassurance program and a living healthy program.
Eligibility: R.S.V.P. volunteers must be at least 55 years of age.

Program: Transportation is available for frail, elderly seniors to Adult Day Care (ADC) or to Senior Center Nutrition Sites.
Available to: Frail elderly seniors in need of transportation.

Tai Chi is an ancient practice proven to reduce pain and improve your mental and physical well-being. The Tai Chi for Arthritis Program deveveloped by Dr. Paul Lam, uses gentle Sun-style Tai Chi routines that are safe, easy to learn and suitable for every fitness level.
