Administrative Support – Level 3

Full-time 8:30a-4:30p

 Salary range: $19.95-$22.45/hr.                         FLSA (Non-Exempt)

I.                QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience

 1.     Associates Degree preferred

2.     Two years’ office-related experience required

 Skills

  1. Excellent computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
  2. General knowledge of accounting functions (billing experience a plus)
  3. General knowledge of Electronic Health Records
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Ability to operate multi-line telephone system and general office equipment
  6. Good organizational skills
  7. Detail oriented
  8. The ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach and lift items weighing 10 lbs.
  9. Valid driver’s license

II.        RESPONSIBLE TO:   Health Information Technology Manager  

III.       MAJOR FUNCTIONS:

1.     Complete correspondence, reports, forms, and other program related documents

2.     Maintain file system

3.     Maintain accurate statistical records, files, directories etc.

4.     Operate office machines

5.     Provide back up for other support staff as needed

6.     Understand and implement benefit/entitlement process

7.     Maintain accounting of client revenue and program related expenses

8.     Maintain contact with other community supports and service providers

9.     Act as liaison between division and accounting department

10.  Inform Managers of program operating concerns

11.  Ability to input and extract information/reports from Electronic Health Records

12.  Ability to navigate effectively state digital technology platforms

13.  Complete required record audits

14.  May have regular and substantial contact with those individuals receiving services

15.  Maintain program and client confidentiality

16.  Participate in staff meetings and training activities

17.  Perform other job-related tasks requested by supervisor
